Sue Ryan oversees the central information hub at Minnetonka Schools District Service Center. Often the first point of contact for families, community members and staff, she helps stakeholders navigate the District’s tremendous resources to find information and answers. Sue also manages the District Calendar planning process and provides communications support on a variety of print and web projects.

Prior to this role, Sue worked in the MHS Counseling Office and in Adult Programs and Early Childhood Screening at Minnetonka Community Education. A corporate communications veteran, Sue joined Minnetonka Schools after a decades-long career in travel and hospitality at Carlson Companies, where she managed internal communications, corporate website content, and provided cross-functional support for communication planning, brand standards guidance, writing, editing and collateral production.

Sue and her husband have two daughters—both Minnetonka Skippers and graduates of the University of Minnesota. Outside of work, they and their chocolate lab enjoy cabin life and as much extended family time as schedules allow.
